The Instructions page introduces each component of
Delmar’s online ASE Technician Test Preparation course. It offers
guidelines for using each of the five major sections – Course Information,
Courses, Tests, Course Tools, and Resources - to ensure that you get
the most out of the course.
Course Information
This menu contains instructions as well as introductory information
about using the course.
Courses
In this area, you will actually begin the learning process. Each course
you have purchased is listed in the All Courses menu. Selecting a
course from the All Courses menu on the left hand navigation menu
provides you with a list of Sections for you to choose from. Once
you select a Section, the first Task of that Section is displayed
in the right side of the screen. To navigate between Tasks use the
Next and Previous buttons or select a Course link in the left menu
to view its contents.
Tests
There are three sets of tests available to you: Practice Tests, Sample
Tests and Timed Tests. You may take any test as often as you like
and can find your last three test scores under the Reports Section
of the course.
Course Tools
In this area, you can generate reports, reference pages previously
bookmarked, search the glossary, take a course survey, search for
specific content and obtain help. Select the link in the left menu
to view its contents.
Resources
This menu contains information about the ASE exam you are preparing
for, helpful tips on studying effectively, answers to frequently asked
questions and contact information. Select the link in the left menu
to view its contents.
